Diane Vaccarello grew up in New England and attended the University of New Hampshire. She majored in Early Childhood Development and minored in Psychology. Diane graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies. Diane was then accepted into the Marriage and Family Therapy Graduate Program at the University of New Hampshire where she earned a Master of Science degree in Family Studies: Marriage and Family Therapy. 

Diane began committee work with the NH Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (NHAMFT) early on in her career. Prior to founding a private practice in 2004, Diane was a Regional Director at a statewide non-profit family counseling agency, where she developed an outreach program and provided clinical supervision to staff. In 2014, she was appointed by Govenor Maggie Hassan to the NH Board of Mental Health Practice, as the Marriage and Family Therapy Clinical Member.  Diane was a Professional Conduct Investigator on the Professional Conduct Committee, and was then elected to be the Supervisor of the Corrective Supervisors in the State of New Hampshire.  In 2016 the Board voted Diane as Chairperson, a role she continues to serve along with being a Clinical Member.    Diane is also the Mental Health Advisor for the BeBOLD (Bedford Building Our Lives Drug Free) Board of Directors.

Diane practices therapy in NH as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), License #70. She holds a Clinical Fellow status in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).  As a clinician, Diane works with families, couples and individuals in both home and office based settings. Areas of emphasis and expertise include behavioral therapy, parenting, pre-marital and couple's therapy, depression (including post-partum), anxiety, trauma, personal development, medical family therapy, as well as experience working with Veterans and Military families. Diane is also an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Level 2, Certified Therapist.
