Ina Kamenova 

Ina earned her Bachelor's Degree with Honors from Brown University in Providence, RI, and her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria, CA in 2017.  She is currently working toward her Ph.D. in Applied Psychology and Prevention Science. 

Ina's trauma-informed holistic approach is based on specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and familiarity with other prominent evidence-based modalities including CBT and somatic therapies. Additionally, Ina draws on her training as an RYT® 500 certified yoga instructor.

Ina works with distressed individuals, families, and couples to help them overcome adversity and build strong relationships and purposeful lives. She has had the privilege of serving people from all socioeconomic backgrounds, and a variety of ages, ethnicities, religious and cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
