Chris Tremblay received his BA in Psychology from Saint Anselm College and Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. Chris takes an integrative approach to therapy, looking to work with the whole person, body mind and spirit. He has completed training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and looks to incorporate mindful awareness into individual and couples therapy. His approach is a collaborative, resiliency-based approach centering around attachment theory, psychodynamic approach, Internal Family Systems, and CBT based therapeutic models. Chris also takes an experiential approach to working with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing whiteboarding, role-playing, and other creative approaches.
