Kellsie has a master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Kellsie has over eight years of experience working in the mental health field across various settings including inpatient and residential care. Through her work she aided in the development of the first residential program for women with persistent mental illness and intellectual disabilities in the state. Kellsie believes in building on a client’s strengths, ensuring all clients are treated as unique, valued individuals. Kellsie integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy with person centered care and artistic modalities. She offers Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and would love to talk to you about the benefits of EMDR! Kellsie works with children, teens, and adults. Her areas of focus are working with trauma survivors, anxiety disorders, teens engaging in self-injurious behavior, depression, life transitions, ADHD, and more. She is a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA). When not working you can find her hiking through New Hampshire with her two dogs.
