Marty is an accomplished behavioral health care and social work professional who has been practicing for over 30 years. He has spearheaded several global social service initiatives in a variety of multi-disciplinary settings. He had contributed in many ways to the field of recovery including program design, development of recovery friendly workplace initiatives, and has served as an advisor with this focus at the state and private sector levels. Marty was named New Hampshire’s Social Worker of the Year in 2018 by the New Hampshire Chapter of the NASW and was the recipient for White Horse Addiction Center's Legislative Leadership Award.
At BFT, Marty continues to be a part of leadership and provides NH Board Approved supervision. He treats individuals, couples and families and specializes in addiction recovery, family therapy, child and adolescent counseling and trauma related issues.
Marty has training that includes 12-Step Based Treatment Recovery, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Contingency Management, and Family Systems Therapy.
